Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• All returns must be notified within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be in an unused condition and packaged as received.
• All returns are accepted at Tuff Tarps discretion.
• All goods returned must be posted recorded delivery at the buyers cost unless we accept fault.
• Once returned goods are checked a full refund will be processed within 7 working days using original payment method.
• Any bespoke orders will not be refunded unless suppliers fault.
